In this episode, we had the honor of being able to speak with Olympic weightlifter, gymnast, personal trainer, and Founder of Semper Stronger, Rebecca Rouse! She shares her history in growing up doing gymnastics and how that helped her develop the discipline, strength and power within fitness and within her life and business to be better and every single day. She takes us through her life of moving from coast to coast and then finally to Texas and how that affected her business for the better or worse. We further discuss how although the pandemic was tragic for many and a terrible experience, we were able to grow and self-actualize from it in regards to trusting ourselves to create and build our own businesses. Sometimes it takes something big for us to be able to believe in ourselves wholly and understand that we should enjoy life each and every day while building, still preparing, and working towards the future of our dreams. Most importantly we realized how possible it all is.
